I Can't Balance A Checkbook Either!

We all know how daunting it can be to look at a deposit you made in your banking account and cross-reference it with payments to charges and bills. Likewise looking at a patients account typically would mean looking at charges, itemized in date entry with intermingled charges, payments and write-offs weaving and linking together with previous dates and entries up and down the ledger tab. Yikes!
ECLIPSE® has long been able to filter a view of account entries and isolate views of charges only or payments only or even write-offs only!
Now here is something the online banking features cannot simulate. You have the ability to isolate one bill and view what charges, payments and write-offs are associated with that bill! Pretty Neat Huh?
Use the "view menu" feature at the bottom left of the ledger tab to choose your view and choose the "bill# menu" to filter your view to a specific bill number or type of bill. Pretty Neat Huh?
