Typically this is one of those reports most offices will review at both the start and end of the day. It's easily generated and updated revealing production for the day. New and specially noted appointments and can be filtered per provider as well as by time shifts. At the close of the day, balance out the daysheet numbers with completed visits and a filtered report can accompany the remaining tasks of a productive day.
Your specific provider may require a printed list or a downloaded report to a mobile device of new patients to call. The provider may also want to know who has and has missed, cancelled or reschedule future appointments as a follow-up. Additionally comments may need to be reviewed to manage some cases.
