ECLIPSE® Can Do That?

The provider database table allows you to manage and configure the default demographics, billing ID's and appointment schedule for every provider in your clinic. The "Provider/Payor Billing ID's" database allows you to be more specific and detailed in conforming to billing standards for other carriers. Additionally the Plus, Advance and Multi-facility versions of Eclipse® separately handle Daysheets, billing, statistics, etc. We offer a wide array of reports for your administrative needs.

When a provider is assigned in the Patient's case tab, appointments and services are tracked and managed as the default for billing and statistics. This can be manually overridden for appointments and treating providers in all versions of Eclipse® for the actual treating provider. In all other versions of Eclipse you have the configuration ability to designate claims to be generated per the treating provider.

Likewise, statistics can be generally analyzed under the assigned provider, specific to the treating provider or even as a subcategory of treating provider under the assigned provider. In plain English, if you are the main provider and you have a provider who is treating your client for your, you can track and separate that work from yours. No manual log to track!
