Remember now, the "Filters" allow you to choose specific criteria to help you best focus on the things you need to resolve quickly. So depending on the size of accounts you manage you can organize and process open claims in any manner you have structured.
goto: the Reports menu or the Reports Tool Button in the desktop tool > click on the Aged Accounts Receivable and choose your filters and go!
