week 37 ECLIPSE® v11 How do I find out who hasn't scheduled lately?
Well, you could do it the old tried and true method… by memory or some sort of check off list you have used over the years. Better yet, if you are using the appointment scheduler, why not use the point and click "Patient Visit Tracer" Eclipse® has well established since it's initial software launching. It's soooo easy!
Here's how it works. Eclipse® already knows who's been in and when and if they have scheduled a future appointment, right. Well all the software has to do now is look for patients who have been here, in a given period of time you choose and the software will look for the ones who have not re-scheduled. How easy is that!
You now have a report you can scan to re-activate the patients you choose. Whether they be all or a selective few based on the specialty of care you provide.
Oh yeah, once again you can filter as you please! Another coffee break anyone?
goto: the View menu> Design tools> Form Letters> create or find your form from the "folders" button in the toolbar (design your forms)
